I really enjoy staying at this hotel my husband and I usually stay here at least 4-6 times a year. We always have a wonderful experience while staying here the people are all amazing Yolanda, TJ, Ari all the chefs are always amazing. I do believe Megan is fairly new face but she was nice and pleasant as well. I feel like we are a family when I come visit literally we just catch back on things from the previous visit. We are travelers and I recommend this hotel Hiltons of Americas, Marriott Marque don't compare overly priced and overrated.

Well appointed for the money. Breakfast had a good range and they would make some items for you. Having a bar on site was good for drinks and casual meals. Evening meal we had there exceeded our expectations as to quality. Free (limited) drinks and snacks each evening at the bar for an hour or so.

Hotel was beautiful and spotless clean, breakfast was fantastic (real food and a great selection). Location was perfect!!

1) loved: breakfast (amazing!) not like other hotels where they just serve box cereals and bulks of egg & sausage… this was like a restaurant style. wow. I was surprised! 2) the room: wow.. big. we got double queens but to our surprise there was a mini living room area. wow. nice.

The breakfast was nice and the trays were helpful so I could take breakfast back to the room. The staff was helpful but the front desk was often unoccupied. I assume due to low staffing.

The asst manager Yolonda was the energy of the Hotel. Pleasant, friendly and full of energy. Young lady Joy was very nice and polite. Overall we had a amazing experience @ this hotel. I highly recommend this place to stay anytime in Houston.

Everything about the hotel was PERFECT. The hotel front desk staff Yolanda was the BEST like literally she deserves a golden Star!! Not only did she treat us right every guest walk that hotel she made sure they had everything they needed plus more! Made sure every one was pleased with the service that they provide at the hotel. She went above and beyond and the way she carry herself I just know that her act of kindness is how she carry herself daily she is the best !! Hotel rate 1-10 I give it an 11 it’s just that good! Oh the omelet and pancake cook very engaging and nice and makes the best omelet the whole hotel get an 11!! We will be back.

The breakfast was phenomenal with various options and a hot bar with chefs that cooked to order certain items like omelette a and pancakes. The staff was amazing and super helpful, especially upon checkout. When our plane was leaving a few hours after checkout they held our luggage while we went out shopping until we returned for it to go to the airport.

CLEANLINESS. It is hands down the most important thing in my book. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good (as is with most Embassy Suites). Overall, we had an excellent time and will certainly stay here again the next time we're in Houston.
